The Mid Market AE role could be the right fit for you at Salesforce.com. We are currently looking for high-energy, driven Account Executives with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. Responsibilities:

Developing and managing relationships within our Mid Market segment employee based companies

Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications

Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers

Demonstrating our product via the Web

Help Salesforce continue to evolve and increase market share in the Mexican/LACA market

Required Skills :

5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.

Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions

Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles

Degree required.

Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

Fluency in Spanish both speaking and writing

Previous Sales Methodology training preferred

Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment

Strong customer references

Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience selling to Mexico

MUST already live in Miami or close to Miami (Salesforce does not pay for relocation)

Desired Skills:

CRM experience preferred
