Project management 2. Process development 3. Communication 4. Pre-sales and implementation site visits 5. Meeting facilitation 6. Scope, Risk, and Issue Management Knowledge, Skills and Experience o Project Management Professional certifications o Software systems, preferably in a mining environment o Mining business knowledge o Knowledge of project management principles and process o Familiarity with one or mare project management tools. o Well-developed communication skills, and an ability to develop strong partnerships and effective relationships with customers from a diverse range of backgrounds. o Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. o Proficient in multiple languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese, etc.) Key Challenges o Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Mining technology product range. o Satisfying the demands of coordinating groups in multiple time zones. Travel Requirements 50%- Could be over seas Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities for mining technology based projects. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and project management certifications. Previous project management experience required. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Primavera, MS Project, etc. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
