Job Description:

Seeking native Spanish instructors to train employees and executives and their family in the oil and gas industry in areas such as: Accent Reduction, Presentation Skills, Cultural Awareness and grammar to improve confidence as a Spanishspeaker.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Business-like demeanor and very comfortable working in a corporate setting
Advanced grammatical knowledge of their nativeSpanish language
Able to work during normal working hours and off-peak hours
Must be native
Must live in thegreater Houston, TXarea
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Professional, punctual, dependable, flexible, responsible and RELIABLE!
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a one-on-one or group environment
Master's degree preferred
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with multi-ethnic groups a must
MUST have ability to start immediately and commit for at LEAST a year, ideally more.
