Description We are currently looking for a Russian Bilingual RN< span>< strong> to work triaging for a pharmaceutical company in their consumer supported call center < span>< p> Location:< strong> Pharmaceutical company in Denver CO< span>< strong>< span>< p> Schedule:< strong> Monday through Friday 6 AM to 3 PM< span>< p> Duties:< strong>< span>< p> Translating for Russian English internal and external representatives such as consumers family members physician offices pharmacists ect < span> Provide drug information on the use of prescription and non prescription medications to internal external representatives< span> Documenting of adverse drug events medical information questions and perspective responses according to client requirements < span> Answer caller rsquo;s questions in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with client requirements < span> Acting as a resource to incoming callers and utilizing a set of reference materials for responding to incoming inquiries < span>< p>Experience Requirements:< strong> < span> Current RN nursing license in the state of Colorado< span> Experience working in a call center and or triaging setting< span>< p> Skills Knowledge and ability Requirements:< span>< strong> Must be bilingual in both English and Russian< span> Clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge patient interviewing skills and understanding of broadly based nursing practices which encompass patient assessment and medication administration activities < span> Good communication skills both orally and written interpersonal skills ability to build relationships organizational skills and analytical skills for problem solving < span> Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems < span>< p> < span>< p> If this sounds like an opportunity that interests you please click Apply Now and send an updated resume to be immediately considered < strong>< span>< strong>< p Requirements See job description.
