Job Description
Participates in developing and maintaining a therapeutic environment for residents. Assists residents in accomplishing treatment goals and maintains a clean and safe environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Meet state guidelines for training within three months of employment and maintain required updates thereafter.High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic skills in cleaning, cooking, and meal preparation.Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system preferred and the ability to relate well with diverse individuals.Displays the ability and tolerance to work in stressful and ambiguous situations.
