Description

Position Description:

 

This is a call center environment; on average you will be responsible for around 60 to 80 outbound calls a day. You will be reaching out to pre identified candidates and getting them to talk to a registered nurse about treatment options that will assist in the rehabilitation of their condition. Most candidates are unaware they have this service, so you will be educate them on the service that is being provided to them.  Your main objective is getting  the patient to speak to a nurse regarding treatment options. Your success is measured on a conversion rate. You will be logged into a dialer and you will be making outbound calls to pre identified candidates. In order to be successful in this role you will need to fearless on the phone and be able to build rapport.







Requirements

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years Call Center Experience
  • 1+ year basic MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experience
  • 6+ months professional experience in clerical or administrator role
  • 6+ months professional experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties

  • Previous Sales Experience / Cold calling
