Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes ability to learn new and complex computer systems and apply their use for phone and off phone
