Sodexo Campus Services is seeking an experienced Food Services Manager 1 at the Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Responsibilities include overseeing two coffee locations and one Smoothie shop, some internal marketing duties to increase sales, and support the retail environment at the University. Technology skills a plus, including knowledge of social media tools, as the position will maintain, update and track all website usage and traffic. Flexible schedule, supervisory experience and training team members a plus.

Responsible for managing multi-functional food service areas in a single unit. May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
