Position is located in ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Workplace Planning Manager (WPM) with the day to day activities related to space planning, move coordination and drawing maintenance for the site; in addition, the WSS is responsible for tracking furniture assets on campus and at warehouse. The WSS will ensure that the site maintains design integrity. The WSS will also manage and administer the conference room operations, inclusive of managing the reservation system (currently MS Outlook), adding and deleting resources, and resolving scheduling conflicts. The WSS will also coordinate space reservations for special events. As additional responsibility, the WSS will serve as a secondary liaison for food-service and company store related issues, and will also manage the hazardous material program at the site.
Associate's Degree or better in Business Administration, Drafting / Design or related discipline
AutoCAD training/experience is beneficial
Supervises hourly staff providing facilities maintenance and engineering services to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training, and administrative functions of the designated area of supervision. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
