Description

Coordinate the Safe, Economical and Efficient operation of Unilever's Outsourced Facilities Service Provider at the Corporate Campuses located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and Trumbull, CT.

Coordinate various environmental activities at the EC campus, including compliance issues and
required submission of reports to State and Federal authorities including daily management of
hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Assist Environmental Manager with Local, State, and Federal
regulatory groups.

1. Assist with information gathering, communications, design and project implementation for various Capital Projects at the two Corporate Headquarters. 25%

2. Supervise the activities of our Building Operations and Maintenance Services provider. 25%

3. Coordinate various environmental matters, compliance issues, reports, abatement, Hazardous Waste, and DOT compliance. 25%

4. Assist in the preparation of Engineering designs, Project briefs, Capital Authorization Requests, Bid Documents, RFP's and Contract documents. 25%

Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
