Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a part time, 2-3 day/week, Clinical Dietitian for ManorCare Piqua, a 100 bed long term care/sub-acute rehab facility. ManorCare Piqua is located ~307 miles north of Dayton, OH.
Reporting to the Food Service General Manager, this Registered Dietitian will:
-Manage the nutrition care process for the SNF residents and sub-acute rehab patients.
-Be a Registered Dietitian with experience in long term care.
-Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards.
-Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as the primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff.
-Have experience with electronic charting and the NCP
-Possess strong leadership and communication.
-Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with seniors to make every day a better day for our clients and residents.
-Have a passion for driving and improving the resident experience for the Seniors we serve.

Provides basic nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients/residents and/or hospital personnel in basic principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet. Performs routine care responsibilities without training and direction.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
