I have a great Company in the Trussville area that is looking for dependable, flexible and hard working employees. There will be 2 shifts available: 1st shift is 6:30am until 5:00 pm. 2nd shift is 5:00pm until 3:30am. You will work Monday through Thursday 10 to 12 hour shifts depending on the work load. There will be times that you are asked last minute to stay over and work additional hours to get the production quota out. So you must be very flexible. Time management is very important and must be able to keep up with production quotas. Qualifications: Pass Quality Inspection test. 5 year felony free background and pass drug test. YOU WILL BE WORKING ON A 2 POINT ATTENDANCE MATRIX. SO ATTENDANCE AND DEPENDABILITY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE. Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. May participate in making management decisions affecting the work. Team leaders who work as part of the team should be included. Requirements Previous production/assembly experience working on various machines in a warehouse setting. PREVIOUS JOB REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED.
