Manpower is looking for an experienced part time professional with a background in Human Resources

The job is located in Lexington, MA Monday- Friday Paying $20 an hour

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME JOB !!! 5 HOURS A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK

This job is for 5 months

Here is an overview of the job description

Duties: Supporting Compensation Manager in administering compensation plans and data analysis, including but not limited to, compensation survey participation and annual compensation review process.
Supporting the global immigration needs of the business by facilitating the onboard of foreign nationals, maintaining their visa status and, where applicable, managing the permanent residency process
Ongoing administration of global mobility programs - domestic and international relocation and expatriate assignments
Supporting global benefit plans and new employee on boarding activities
Assist in responding to ad-hoc HR data reporting requests

Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with diverse groups of employees
Interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Thorough knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word is required
Intermediate MS Excel skills including, pivot tables, formula writing, data look up, data compare and data auditing
Experience working HR Information Systems, Oracle preferred
Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
Analytical skills applicable to HR Metrics, ad-hoc reporting, data analysis and data auditing
Ability to analyze large, complex data sets

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or other relevant specialization

Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
