Customer service representatives needed for healthcare company. BILINGUAL IN SPANISH PREFERRED. Our client is a fast growing Healthcare company that takes pride in giving their best and most eficient customer service around the country. They are a lead provider in worker's compensation insurance and goes above and beyond to make sure that all of their members are satisfied with their services at what could be a painful time in their lives. This position is located in a call center environment and has very high volume in both outbound and inbound calls. If youre adept at working between computer screens and have good technical skills, then youll thrive in this structured work environment.You will be managing a case which includes implementing demographics, scheduling appointments, receiving prescription information, etc. There will also be alot of follow-up calls regarding Dr. visit results, rescheduling, to request reports. Must be able to stay focused, multi task, be able to handle an environment with a lot going on, prioritize your day, etc Preferred Experience: CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE Biligual HIGHLY preferred Clerical Background Have to be a TEAM PLAYER, and help their fellow worker out. Must also have a POSITIVE, OUTGOING personality. Ability to change course in the middle of the day if the manager directs them to do so.
