Basic Qualifications:
- Four (4) plus years of experience in performing administrative support functions for department managers.
- High School or General Education diploma.
- Strong proficiency w/ MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to merge documents and summarize information.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 2 years experience with SNF line of business.
- Organize and expedite flow of work regarding authorization of services for DME and SNF in NEB.
- Sensitivity to workplace diversity and cultural factors.
- Adheres to confidentiality policies.

Working Days: Mon-Fri and this position is home based in DSA but is responsible for SNFs in both NSA and DSA.
