Description

Monsanto is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the HR Technology and Services organization as an HR Data Security Manager.   In this role, you will partner closely with our IT and HR organizations to develop, and implement a global HR data security model that will streamline HR roles across multiple HR systems. You will partner with a cross functional team to implement a global HR data security governance model to ensure alignment and adherence with data privacy policies and compliance guidelines, while ensuring a sustainable model for both current and future organizational needs.
 
Responsibilities:
•Conduct analysis of the current HR data security architecture, roles, and needs, to identify gaps, and areas for simplification
•Collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure HR data security guidelines meet business needs and align with current systems and processes
•Design a sustainable global HR data security model that aligns with compliance and data privacy policies and regulations
•Develop and manage a global HR data security governance model to ensure adherence to guidelines, and minimizes exceptions.
•Manage an ongoing maintenance process to ensure security is aligned with role changes  within HR
•Develop communication and training around key processes linked to HR data security



Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

•Bachelors in HRIT, HRIS, IT or related field of study•5+ years in a HRIT/HRIS role or similar field
•Experience with HR Data Security
•Critical thinking to translate business needs into strategies; and, translate these into specific goals, actions and deliverables
•Ability to simplify complex issues and take a pragmatic approach to deliverables•Initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
•Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment•Ability to articulate technical information in business specific terms
•Program / project management skills that include engaging  perspectives from multiple stakeholders, keeping people informed, driving to closure and/or ensuring sustainability
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly and concisely get points across
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
•Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
 
Desired Skills/Experience:
•Experience managing HR security across multiple systems
•Previous work experience SAP highly desired
•Familiarity with Sucess Factors and/or Taleo a plus
•Experience in a HR related capacity (Specialist or Generalist)
