Required Skills/Experience:
•Bachelors in HRIT, HRIS, IT or related field of study•5+ years in a HRIT/HRIS role or similar field
•Experience with HR Data Security
•Critical thinking to translate business needs into strategies; and, translate these into specific goals, actions and deliverables
•Ability to simplify complex issues and take a pragmatic approach to deliverables•Initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
•Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment•Ability to articulate technical information in business specific terms
•Program / project management skills that include engaging perspectives from multiple stakeholders, keeping people informed, driving to closure and/or ensuring sustainability
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly and concisely get points across
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
•Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Desired Skills/Experience:
•Experience managing HR security across multiple systems
•Previous work experience SAP highly desired
•Familiarity with Sucess Factors and/or Taleo a plus
•Experience in a HR related capacity (Specialist or Generalist)
