Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years Insurance, Medical Office, or Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Knowledge of medical claims billing ICD9, CPT, or HCPC code
- Intermediate abilities with Windows PC applications
