Description

Come join our growing team as a Manager of Medical and Clinical Operations! This is a great opportunity to use your advanced management, coaching and mentoring skills in a new and exciting position.  
 
As a Manager of Medical and Clinical Operations you will support our teams in operating across the continuum of telephonic case management (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating), healthcare decision support, or disease management with the overall goal of motivating the consumer to optimal self management. You will work with our teams to help them understand and demonstrate the ability to integrate the needs of consumers, customers and the business. Overall, you will be accountable for our teams in accomplishing the business goals and motivating them to develop the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Understanding and using data to manage teams and individual performance
  • Accountability for hiring high functioning and effective teammates
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Training and team development
  • Serving as a coach, mentor and advocate  
  • Adhering to ethical, legal/regulatory and accreditation standards 
  • Creating an environment that is able to attract and retain staff
  • Modeling accountability and expecting the same from our teams
  • Networking and communicating with peers to facilitate operational standards and improvements
  • Communicating with your team in a clear and comprehensive manner
  • Accountability for operational discipline
  • Collaborating with Medical Directors, Site Directors and other senior leaders
  • Collaborating with sales, account management, product organization, and other stakeholders as applicable
  • Responsibility for performance management of our teams
  • Providing input to forecasting and planning activities




Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Wisconsin
  • 5 or more years of clinical experience
  • 2 or more years Management/Supervisory experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office!)
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of Case Management experience
  • Managed Care work experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
