As a
Manager of Medical and Clinical Operations you will support our teams in operating across the continuum of telephonic case management (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating), healthcare decision support, or disease management with the overall goal of motivating the consumer to optimal self management. You will work with our teams to help them understand and demonstrate the ability to integrate the needs of consumers, customers and the business. Overall, you will be accountable for our teams in accomplishing the business goals and motivating them to develop the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
