Position Summary:
The IT for Engineering group is reinventing how we define, develop, support and deliver value to our customers throughout the Control and Visualization Business (CVB). Our philosophy, practice and tools are rooted in Agile, Kanban, Lean and common sense practices.
 
Secures enterprise information by designing, implementing, and enforcing security controls, safeguards, policies, and procedures; managing staff.
 
In this role, you will help redefine the culture of support and development of a world-class development organization.

Responsibilities
Manage 3rd party services directly or via enterprise IT
Plans and executes continuous improvements
Provide program leadership across the product development engineering teams to drive information security practices and programs related to product and system security, protection of company and customer confidential information. 
Collaborate with CISO to understand information security roadmap, provide input on product engineering related matters, and execute information security program.
Ensure compliance of controls based on CISO requirements and development implementations.
Plays a role in tooling and implementation
Plays a role as a coach and advocate, proactive in addressing issues
Helps to define solutions early in the development cycle
Identifies industry trends and how they may be leveraged
Balances the needs of organization with needs of development teams. Defines solutions need to work for both.



Minimum Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications


  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience


  • Strong collaboration skills with disciplines like QA, Development, Configuration Management, and Information Technology


  • Proven track record of successful and timely product delivery, and of driving technical innovation


  • Experience developing and presenting information to executive-level audiences


  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies


  • Working knowledge of DevOps and Lean methodologies with the ability to leverage the power of metrics


  • Follow information security roadmap, provide input on product engineering related matters, and execute information security program.


  • Experience with Cloud-based solutions


  • Ensure compliance of controls based on security office requirements.


  • Drives information security practices and programs related to product and system security, protection of company and customer confidential information.
