SHIFT: 3rd Shift (10PM - 6AM)
Primary focus will be setting up and operating conformal coat machines. Maintain highest workmanship standards and ability to perform most responsibilities in circuit board assembly areas.
Set up, adjust, and operate conformal coat equipment, and visual inspect coating quality.
Set up, adjust, and operate wave solder and selective solder equipment.
Perform hand soldering as required.
Handle, transport, package, and transfer hazardous materials. Includes generally spend process materials and maintenance chemical materials. Use safe and proper practices that comply with environmental regulations and training.
Conduct safety, housekeeping inspections.
Utilize mainframe computer terminal to verify written material transfers. Enter material transactions to assure accuracy of materials data bases.
Check drawings for secondary operations on conformal coating circuit boards.
Perform other essential functions within Manufacturing Associate Level C and D.
May perform other duties as assigned.
