Position Summary:


his Internship reports into the Connected Services group of Installed Base Evaluation, Assurance, and TechConnect within Rockwell Automations Customer Support and Maintenance (CSM) business. CSM provides services to our customers in support of the Rockwell Automation product portfolio to help maximize productivity, optimize plant assets, and improve overall performance.
 
This internship will support the Installed Base Evaluation team in Milwaukee WI office.  This role will be supporting CSMs data driven services project, a key strategic project for the future of the CSM organization.  Responsibilities include:


  1. Supporting Data Driven Services project management in key initiatives.


  2. Providing progress updates to project "sprints"


  3. Testing key application functionality


 
This Role will also support Assurance Operations and TechConnect Operations, these responsibilities include:


  1. Participating in Assurance value stream mapping activities, and helping propose solutions to current operational issues


  2. Developing contract management tracking capabilities for Assurance


  3. Tracking and communicating with Regional Contracts Consulting Managers on Assurance and TechConnect renewals


  4. Being a key point of contact for incoming issues in each space



Minimum Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Must be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or part of the Brazil Mobility Program


  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75


  • Must be working towards a bachelor's of science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from UW-Milwaukee, Marquette University or MSOE


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tool


  • Must be able to work part-time during the school year


Desired Qualifications:


  • Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0


  • Met a Rockwell Automation representative at campus or national conference career fair to be considered
