They will work cross functionally within the marketing group and represent the voice for the Hispanic consumer.
Oversee the development of business cases tracking for the value propositions needed to be deployed in market, factoring in market dynamics, consumer patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict, and other factors. As a business leader, with direct accountability for revenue generated from the U.S.
Hispanic consumer, this highly visible, individual contributor role will require a high degree of competence and experience in Marketing and U.S.
Hispanic marketing communication fundamentals, as well as the ability to think and act like a General Manager. Leadership through influence is an integral attribute for the ideal candidate, as it will require strong cross functional partnership with various groups across the T-Mobile Enterprise, including: Advertising and Media Strategic and Financial Planningsurrounding business tracking and analysis.
Consumer Insights for primary and secondary research to extract relevant consumer and competitive insights.
Base Marketing for the purposes of insuring appropriate retention strategies are deployed and implemented Sales Leadership to align on overall marketing calendar elements Product Management related to the deployment of various products and services designed to meet target consumer needs.7 - 10 years consumer-focused marketing experience; including significant consumer research, marketing communications and retail / sales channels.
With a min of 5 - 7 years in U.S.
Hispanic segment consumer focused marketing.
5 + years marketing strategy and program management / implementation experience driving U.S.
Hispanic consumer marcom including partnering with sales, finance and operations leadership.
Experience with developing and managing U.S.
Hispanic vendor and advertising agency relationships to execute marketing programs and activities.
Ability to assess and implement successful, focused, integrated marketing communication and distribution plans.
Strong command of marketing and strategic frameworks (4P's, 3 C's, etc).
Ability to develop business strategies and apply given strategy and/or common business knowledge to recommendations and rationale and deliver strong results (revenue, activations).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all employee levels and levels of managements.

2+ years management experience; ability to build a high performing team and coach for improved performance; experience managing others in a marketing and/or product development environment.

4+ years in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales.
Strong understanding of voice and data services and products.
Experience with consumer/market research and turning analysis and insights into a business strategy.
Strong track record for primary and secondary U.S.
Hispanic consumer research around consumer segmentation, population, industry and communication mediums (TV, Digital etc.
Marketing strategy and program management / implementation.
Understanding of Marketing objectives and needs, and demonstrated success with executing campaigns.
Sound business analysis experience; comfortable understanding how to assess financial and operational metrics to drive insight and business decisions.
Ability to create forecasts, financial models and budgets.
Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a must.

Consistent monitoring, tasking, and auctioning against overall financial status of existing and upcoming strategies and initiatives.
Ensures maximum market potential through in-depth understanding of U.S.
Hispanic customer needs and insights, industry / advertising trends, and market requirements.
Defines market positioning.
Defines and develops marketing strategies that will win in the marketplace through alignment with customer needs.
