Executive Director Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley is a local non-profit organization with the mission to improve the quality of life of Hispanic and other families by empowering them to become more self-sufficient, while promoting an intercultural understanding in the Lehigh Valley. The Executive Director is the key management leader of Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors. We are looking for a person who embodies our mission statement above to guide us as Executive Director. This person should exude the characteristics of a leader, a manager, a coordinator, and above all a broker of community resources and a facilitator of solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Adheres and implements policies approved by the board of directors. Provides leadership, direction and guidance of Organization's activities. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of all organization operations including grant funded programs. Develops and maintains organizational structure and effective personnel. Coordinates HCLV activities through subordinates and evaluates assigned personnel. Represents the Organization to regulatory bodies, other agencies, community and civic organizations, donors, funders and supporters, and the general public.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred2-3 years of experience with management duties preferably of a non-profit agencyBi-lingual The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following qualities: Professionalism, Positive attitude, Organized, Leadership, Punctual, Reliable and Dependable, Efficient, Eager, Flexible, Passionate, Coachable, Problem Solver, Detail-oriented, and Trustworthy.
