Quad/Graphics is seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic, fast paced, growing organization as part of our Talent Acquisition team in Sussex, WI. In this role, you will identify exceptional, diverse candidates for key positions within our organization. The position requires the ability to actively source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of functional disciplines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide overall Bi-lingual support to Seasonal Workforce
Develop recruitment strategies designed to generate diverse candidate pool for Seasonal workforce
Participate in job fairs, partnering with community organizations
Coordinate and participate in on-site job fairs
Interview applicants, provide plant tours and make hiring decisions
Assist applicants through all aspects of the employment process
Conduct orientation
Translate employment documents
Drive change


Requirements

Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
Degree with emphasis in Human Resources preferred
Minimum of 2 years full life cycle recruitment experience required
Ability to travel for recruitment events
Be well organized and highly detail oriented
Strong written and oral communication skills a must
Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
