Description

HSE/Process Engineer Responsible for coordination and implementation of Health Safety & Environmental programs, provides accurate information and reports to government agencies, ensures plant's compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations, leads technical investigations related to HSE impact issues, OSHA compliance and provides timely and cost-effective resolution. Also provide general supervision and leadership to improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of plants assets. Responsibilities include engineering support for manufacturing and maintenance. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Safety Engineering or Environmental Science is preferred. Work experience in Manufacturing or related field with 8-10 years of combined education/experience managing plant HSE and Process Management will be considered. Experience with or training in any of the following; Six Sigma, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, RCFA, and 5S preferred. Proficiency in Auto-Cad, SAP, strong organizational, communication and follow up skills are required.
