Successful candidate will develop marketing strategy and manage execution of Hispanic Market marketing plans, including: host and consumer merchandising programs, product selection and launch strategies; region-specific sales force promotions; and culturally-relevant communication execution. The strategies are to support the Tupperware US & Canada plan related to market penetration, expansion and growth of the Hispanic Market in the United States. Varied responsibilities will include:
Develop host and consumer merchandising programs and promotions to successfully generate profitable sales growth.
Plan specific products and/or promotions that support monthly and culturally relevant themes, including the coordination of manufactured, sourced products and cross-promotional opportunities.
Partner with Sales Force Promotions, Product Marketing, Internet Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure synergy between new products and monthly themes, sales events and host programs regarding the seasonality and holidays in the Hispanic Market.
Provide creative product positioning ideas focusing on demonstrable benefits that provide competitive advantage and support the party plan in the Hispanic Market.
Communicate and follow through on all details of monthly and quarterly plans to ensure flawless implementation.
Coordinate with Tupperware US & Canada Chef for the development of Hispanic Market recipes.
Review key communication pieces, including but not limited to Catalogs, Brochures, Web Flyers, Party Perks and Product Guides, to ensure strategy and positioning fit within the Hispanic Market, and that they communicate effectively to our Hispanic consumers, hosts, and sales force members.
Responsible for 'starring in' weekly, monthly and/or quarterly marketing videos to ensure strategy and positioning fit within the Hispanic Market.
Research demographics and develop recommendations on new geographic areas to target for expansion.
Provide analysis on all indicators and develop recommendations to ensure strategies and performance are in line with the Plan.
Partner with Hispanic Market Regional Director(s) to propose regional promotions and gain necessary regional budget and execution support to implement such promotions to drive indicators like recruiting and retention.
Partner with Hispanic Market Business Leaders to gather feedback and insights on marketing plans as they relate to the Hispanic Market.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Related Bachelor's Degree; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Minimum of 5 years related Hispanic Market focused marketing experience preferred.
Strong bilingual communications skills (Spanish and English)
Understanding of the Hispanic consumer and culture
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to interface with sales organization as well as internal departments
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, preparing and presenting business presentations
Strong analytical skills including ability to plan, evaluate and analyze financial impact of business plan
Ability to conceptualize, create and execute programs incorporating cross-functional input to ensure flawless execution
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong computer skills (MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint); Crystal reporting experience preferred
High degree of flexibility to react to changing business requirements
Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
Ability to lift and carry boxes of 30 pounds
Current US work authorization required.
