Your responsibilities will include client relations, problem resolution plus expense and time management. Additionally, you will be required you to use your:
- Razor sharp analytical abilities, superior communication skills, and intuitive computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email etc.) when addressing customer issues and ensuring effective and long-term problem resolution.
- Ability to work in different concentrations simultaneously when collaborating with team members on self-directed assignments.
- In-depth knowledge of industry programs and procedures to provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.
