Coordinate Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); including but not limited to:
Align local application of systems with company best practices
Provide guidance to the RC team regarding implementation strategy
Promote the connected enterprise strategy in RC
Provide required data analytics as needed
Support the maintenance of production information systems
Function as lead for local MES training activities
Build MES health checks and operating rhythm
Coordinate facility training system activities; including but not limited to:
Leverage best practices to implement and maintain FTPC training system
Coordinate with production floor supervision to ensure completion and maintenance of employee certifications
Coordinate with plant leadership to identify training needs and make recommendations for cross training
Align training execution with RPS guidelines
Coordinate the ECO/Process in Richland Center; including but not limited to:
Attend engineering meetings for mass changes
Process change notices and communicate change to the shop floor
Ensure impact to inventory/service is communicated and escalated
Ability to clearly present and communicate ideas to all levels
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with a Manufacturing Execution Systems
Ability to work relatively unsupervised
Yellow Belt Certification
