Sodexo has an opportunity for an Asset Management Services Deployment Team Member. This position supports the Hard FM (Asset Management and Engineering) Services of the North America FM Platform and supports the Global FM Platform to define Sodexo’s asset management and engineering (Hard FM) services. For each and every Hard FM account, Sodexo must inventory and catalog every asset (system, equipment, and component) that we operate and maintain. For each asset, Sodexo must determine the criticality and risk of the asset to our Client’s business. Sodexo must also understand the current condition of the asset to assess our contractual risks and to advise the Client on the proper maintenance and asset lifecycle activities. These tasks are the foundation for an asset management program and a successful contract with our Clients.
Work may typically be performed in a variety of environments including a standard office environment, client locations (which may include touring facility buildings, grounds, and mechanical areas), public transportation environments such as airports, planes, or trains, and typically requires occasional carrying, maneuvering and lifting in order to complete duties of the position. Frequent hand /eye coordination is used to operate keyboard and related office equipment. Position requires ability to conduct business at a variety of sites to meet with clients, and to observe operations.

Supports the Hard FM (Asset Management and Engineering) Services of the North America FM Platform and the Global FM Platform to define Sodexo's asset management and engineering (Hard FM) services. Supports the design and delivery of efficient and cost-effective processes for the deployment of the asset management services for all Hard FM operations across all Market Segments. This position will be deployed to each site account to conduct the asset inventory, criticality and condition assessment as part of the Asset Management Services.
