Senior Business Systems Analyst
Analyzes high-level business processes and requirements for the SAP Human Capital Management system, especially in the area of Time Improvements, of complex or critical nature, documents these requirements, and leads these changes with Service Delivery, on time and within budget.  Provides technical expertise to the Application Support Center (ASC) in identifying root cause and solutions to production break/fix incidents.   Provides recommendations on configuration system settings and options; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.  Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.  Maximizes the reuse of existing internal or external software components. Adheres to the company's global processes and functionality already implemented in the Human Capital Management area.  Estimates projects in the ideation stage prior to funding decisions.  Provides alternate solutions wherever possible with an estimate for each.  Monitors projects to ensure they are within the funded budget constraints, and communicates effectively with the Project Manager.  Participates in Business Discovery sessions to identify and clarify business requirements to assisting consulting firms, possibly at customer sites, as part of the requirement refinement process as needed.   Serves as Plan Portfolio Lead for HR related implementations globally from the Initiation phase to Build. This may include SuccessFactors (SF), Learning Solutions (LSO), Payroll, Floor Plan Manager (FPM) and HCMPF forms, Workflow, and other modules or technical solutions within SAP's products or non-SAP vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Science, and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Programmer Analyst, SAP Functional Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.  In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Technology or Computer Science, and three (3) years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, SAP Functional Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.  Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience or a Master's degree and three years of experience.  As part of the experience being required, applicants must have had: experience defining and designing global business processes supported by SAP HCM; experience in regression testing for SAP HCM upgrades and related new functionality for a widely deployed landscape with a large user base; experience leading the development of new integrations of sensitive data with secure data transfer protocols to non-SAP systems (via SOAP, HTTP, and XI technologies); experience implementing multiple WRICEFs in a cadence of releases each year under tight time constraints; experience interfacing closely with customers to gather functional requirements for new enhancements or projects; experience in preparing detailed functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers to define effective solution design for SAP Human Capital Management; experience implementing, testing and validating configuration changes for SAP Human Capital Management in accordance with business requirements and the company's IT guidelines; experience creating and executing integration and regression test scripts; experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing with business users; experience providing production support for SAP Human Capital Management and its integration points with ESS/MSS, Employee Connect, Brass-ring and other SAP modules and ensuring business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner; and experience preparing application support documentation.
