Sodexo has a great opportunity for a HR Training Manager at Phoenix Children’s Hospital location. It is unique position as it support and reports to our HR Manager 3. The role would be primarily as a Training Manager with HRM Generalist responsibilities. An estimated breakdown would be 70% training and 30% HRM generalists. This position would take the lead in all HR and Training responsibilities in the absence of the HRM3. Strong presentation skills to hourly and management employees. Strong customer service and employee engagement skills a must. Ability to organize and coordinate training to accommodate all 300 employees in both Food Services and Environmental Services departments. Partners with managers to accomplish established training and safety goals. Functions as the Safety Champion for the district. Bilingual in Spanish required.
Handles all human resource functions for one or more accounts/units. May include payroll, benefits, administration of labor contracts, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc. Role focuses on hourly workforce. In some cases, may supervise clerical employees. Exists mostly in large or more complex units, or those with unionized workers.
