The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Nurse-Family Partnership program (NYC NFP) is hiring bilingual nurses proficient in the following languages:
Spanish Bengali Haitian Creole French

NYC NFP is seeking bilingual nurses passionate about working with new mothershelping them have healthy pregnancies, become knowledgeable & nurturing parents, reach education & employment goals, and provide their children with the best possible start in life.
NFP is an evidence-based community health nurse home visiting program with three decades of research proving it works. At its heart, the program provides women with the support, knowledge and tools they need to empower themselves.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State (must be maintained for the duration of employment)
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from a regionally-accredited college or university, or one recognized by the New York State Education Department as following acceptable educational practices
Minimum two years of full-time work experience in maternal/child health, pediatric health, mental health clinic or home visiting setting or a closely related field, in a public health, community-based, hospital, clinic or home visiting setting
