We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual Web Developer III to support our client in the design and implementations of their internet/intranet pages and support their Spanish Homepage Team and other Spanish web pages. The Bi-Lingual Web Developer III works with our client to collaborate, design, engineer, and support key visual communication and social media business initiatives.

This position regularly communicates to internal and external customers to achieve a mutually desirable outcome. This position will make recommendations to internal parties and customers in regard to concerns or issues, and ensure resolution of any problems working closely in conjunction with assigned clients. This position will regularly communicate answers to questions and respond to detailed inquiries about issues. This position handles and is expected to protect all internal and external confidential information and must utilize discretion and judgment based on company policies and procedures.
Design and implement Spanish internet and intranet pages
Provide web development support to OEC's Spanish Homepage Team and other Spanish web pages
Create national web application to collect communications outreach activities into database
Produce user generated reports concerning those activities.
Improve reporting capability to measure efforts in communications marketing campaigns and activities.
Interface with the customer to support technical requests
Maintains all voice and data communications including verification of proper functioning of devices
Provide assistance for miscellaneous request for multimedia, desktop publishing and printing projects
Plan, research, and develop materials to support instruction and training
Maintain a strong knowledge base and accomplish all aspects of client's mission to support internal & external communications
Ensure that all equipment and software is installed and operational
Other duties as assigned.


5 years' experience in web design OR
Bachelor's degree in multimedia web design or IT related field plus 1 year of experience in web design and development
Fluent in speaking, writing, and translating both English and Spanish languages.
