The Vice President of Marketing & Communications will be responsible for every aspect of creating, growing and maintaining a nascent department with considerable stretch goals of:

Reaching 1 million prospective clients annually via multichannel marketing,

Increasing client reach with existing credit union partners (an audience of over 14 million American consumers); and

Destigmatizing financial wellness on a national stage via strategic public relations and through developing a national influencer strategy.

GreenPath serves individuals directly, empowering strong financial decisions with high-quality tools, resources, and information. GreenPath works with partners to design and deliver inclusive, people-centered financial tools.


Create, manage and sustain all aspects of the organization's communication function including internal communication, direct to client communication, business to business communication, new client acquisition, public relations, advertising, event planning, digital marketing, social media management, crisis communication and reputation management.

Hire, train, develop and retain top internal and external talent to drive toward goals.

Lead the enterprise of GreenPath with a core group of 9 other executives to develop annual strategic goals, achieve key performance indicators and drive overall impact.

Operate as the lead spokesperson for the organization to national audiences, including key stakeholders, media outlets, elected officials and GreenPath employees.

Build GreenPath's capacity to execute on significant new product, impact and partnership opportunities with branding, design, strategy, and communication.

Lead in the creation of compelling content to be distributed through multiple communications channels to multiple audiences.
