Position is for an In & out bound call center, most of the calls will be out bound. We make out bound calls for Vision orders that have missing information on orders from our providers. We also, make out bound calls for orders that have been delay in the process. Example: Backorder, Disc. material or waiting on materials from our providers. We make edits to our vision system(s) on the orders. We complete order returns for return materials and unsolicited materials that have been sent from out providers. Positions in this function support the vision operations (retail vision stores, production lab) of the business. Only employees who are represented by a Union should be in this function. Primary Responsibilities:
Rotating participation in a call-center: receiving and making out bound calls, documenting calls, and creating necessary edits in system(s)
Rotating participation in follow-up processes: Cart Run, Run Reporting in system(s) , cancel order in system(s) returning outreach calls to providers and outsource lab, and maintaining forms and spreadsheets
Rotating participation in Front Desk Reception responsibilities.
Supporting other service and production areas when needed
Active participation in team meetings, start-up meetings, roundtables, and all other team events
Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics
Commitment to and actively supporting UHG core values and One Building * One Team model
Commitment to and actively supporting Provider Service excellence
High School Diploma / GED or higher
1+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience
6+ months of experience working in a professional team environment
6+ months of experience using a telephone and computer simultaneously to perform the job duties
Experience using a computer, including the ability to navigate through, sort, and filter Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
The hours for this position will be 10:30am to 7:00pm
Bilingual in English and Spanish
