Successful Elements:
Build one-on-one working relationships with customers to assist in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment
Provide referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed
Ensure customers to participate in and follow through with planned activities
Maintain organized database of customers and keep detailed documentation of all contacts
Provide consistent case management follow-up with active and post-placement cases
Ensure that positive outcome and goals are met


Required Experience:
Experience in training, education, career development
Able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
Experience in a team-oriented environment
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite products
Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract require
Valid Driver's License and an automobile are preferred
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Human Resources, Liberal Arts or related area is preferred
