Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDMust be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMProficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)5+ years of customer service experience1+ years of experience as a supervisor and / or team leadExperience with any call center management tool such as VCCPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual in English & SpanishCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
