At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerica l /administrative staff. This position supports executives at the SLT level and below.
High School Diploma / GED or higher
Ability to work Monday - Thursday from 9-5:30PM and Fridays from 9-6PM
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a multi-line call center environment
Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical rolePreferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
