Sodexo Corporate Services is hiring an Executive Chef 1 in Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and strong leadership skills. The main role is to oversee food production, sanitation and cost control for the cafe and catering. This hands-on position will supervise a staff of 15.
The ideal candidate should be innovative and also willing to work with a large team, working closely with the General Manager and Group Executive Chef. Excellent client and customer service skills, being able to multi-task, leading by example and directing employees in a fast paced environment, are also required. Applicants should also be detail-oriented and committed to the highest level of customer service.
Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
