Positions in this function include more traditional administrative / clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing / word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.


Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)1+ years of corporate office experienceProficiency with Microsoft Word (create and edit
documents), Microsoft Excel (input data, run reports, and manipulate
data), Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit decks), and Microsoft
Outlook (manage email and calendar to schedule nursing staff)Ability to work a part time shift (20 - 30 hours a week)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of HIPAA ComplianceBilingual in English and Spanish - read, write and speak
