As our Vice President of Global Offer Development, you will work closely with our regional segment leaders, center of excellence gurus as well as our business development teams to turn consumer insights into deployable and differentiated solutions across our schools’ business portfolio.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing / offer development expertise within a service organization. The demonstrated ability to deliver results in a highly matrixed, multi-cultural capacity will be required. Digital marketing expertise, offer development experience and post graduate level education are preferred, but not required.
Location and Travel
Ideally, the selected candidate for this role will office out of our Headquarters location in Gaithersburg, MD. Alternately, we would be open to considering qualified candidates in a more virtual capacity.
Approximately 20%-30% travel (international and domestic) will be required.

Responsible for developing and deploying timely, relevant and differentiated offers to drive client and consumer perceived value across the segment.
Strategy - Supporting the strategic planning process; Assessing current offer / services legacy and defining with regions their offer / services development needs (portfolio articulation); Proposing an offer portfolio strategy; Assessing offer portfolio market potential with strategy
Offer development - Working with the segment insight and global consumer insight teams to define and validate the opportunity for value creation on the targeted segments; Defining and validating business potential and OD brief with key stakeholders Coordinating the offer development team & process, validating key milestones; Defining and implementing with communication the offer communication strategy (B2B & B2C); Maintaining the offer portfolio; Measuring offer performance and proposing offer adjustments
Offer deployment - Defining with regions offer deployment requirements and timeline; Coordinating with regions the offer deployment; Collecting and analyzing regions feedback on offer performance
Global business development support - Supporting sales and operations on the development of global solutions; Supporting the selling process; Supporting the deployment of offers in the context of global solutions
Business incubation (new expertise, new markets) / Acceleration Business Unit - Developing capabilities; Developing expertise; Leading sales process; Supporting service implementation and when standalone managing the services
