It's the opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm) The Bilingual Business Process Analyst will primarily focus on managing the translation and reproduction process of multiple communication materials. This role will support the coordination, development and implementation of miscellaneous materials, in multiple languages and alternative formats, for UnitedHealthcare businesses. Manage the translation process for specific UnitedHealthcare products and comply industry wide regulation -for required materials.   Primary Responsibilities: Work in a cross-functional and fast-paced team to manage the translation/reproduction processes of sales, marketing, and member benefits related documents into multiple languages and alternative formats Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision Perform various quality control related duties such as reviewing translated  Spanish material, editing, proofreading, implementing glossary update, and issue reporting Assist and coordinate high volume translation request across the enterprise Identify and correct any issues in the translated document while continuously working to improve the quality of translation Support other communication specialists within multicultural material requests Work with various vendors to produce error-free translated documents and ensure the quality of materials up to enterprise standard and industry regulations Other duties as assigned


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, or comparable experience

2 or more years of professional experiences that drive multiple tasks and/or projects to completion within deadlines

Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Strong project coordination and management skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish), including both written and verbal business professional skills

Spanish fluency at either native speaker level or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

English to Spanish translation experience

Experience with Trados

Previous experience with healthcare terminology

Experience working with healthcare benefits materials

Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe PDF, Outlook, and Webex
