Brief Summary of Job:

Philadelphia law firm seeks a receptionist. Excellent communication, spelling, grammar, typing, dictation, filing and organizational skills. Fluent in English and Spanish - required. Ability to prioritize multiple duties. Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work as a team member.

Duties:
Switchboard responsibilities. Greet clients to the firm. Receive Hand Deliveries, UPS and FedEx packages. Maintain conference room calendar scheduling. Update Rolodex with address changes. Overflow dictation and filing. Other assigned tasks as instructed by the Director of Administration.


Requirements

Law firm experience, coursework in legal studies, paralegal certification or related coursework a plus; must be fluent in English and Spanish (conversational and written)

The right candidate will have the potential for promotion as paralegal or legal secretary in the future
