MISION


Collaborate with the Human Resources team to help create standard duties for the recruiting and on-boarding processes.  This position is responsible for running on-going routines for recruiting and on-boarding new hires, while identifying opportunities to automate and improve the efficiency of processes. Collaborate with the Recruiting and the HR teams to ensure the candidate and the new hire experience is optimal.


This position will pull, integrate, and analyze data support the ADP platform programs, will help to streamline and make all the reporting as efficient as possible.   This individual will also work closely on other HR generalist assignments to advance the HR programs.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform the on-going duties in the recruiting and new hires functions
  • Develop templates and check-lists that simplify documentation of recruiting
  • Develop policies and procedures for each of the processes of recruiting and new hires
  • Continuously learn ADP workflow, functionality and reporting
  • Specific duties
  • Produce offer letters for every new hire
  • Input new hires information into ADP and ensure their credentials are functional
  • Process background checks for every candidate and ensure that they meet the company's policy
  • Process employment documentation through the e-Verify application to ensure the company is compliant with all I-9 requirements
  • Conduct checks of driving record in motor vehicle department for roles which require driving
  • Update all documentation of I-9s and ensure that the company is compliant in preserving the files
  • Create the individual personnel folder for each new hire to comply with legal and company requirements
  • Maintain logs of HR voicemail and e-Fax in support of recruiters
  • Track services and invoices for all recruiting vendors, i.e. background and credit, motor vehicle, newspaper and magazine ads, etc.


 

Required and Preferred Experience and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum of one to three years of experience in HR administrative and support functions
  • Proven knowledge of labor, legal and compliance requirements for new hires, specifically I-9 and e-Verify
  • Master level of Microsoft office and HR applications (ADP, Paycom, PeopelSoft, etc.)
