If you're the kind of person who wants to bring your contribution to a new level every day, find out more.   Primary Responsibilities: Answer phones to accept new customer referrals Actively communicate with referral sources and sales reps to follow-up on all pending referrals Actively communicate status of all new, restart, and pending referrals with different departments Ensuring referrals go through in a timely fashion Access health insurance websites to verify customer insurance eligibility and home health benefits.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED
Comfortable working Monday-Friday an 8-hour shift between hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm with the flexibility to be on call once per month during evening and / or weekend hours
1+ years of customer service experience
Healthcare insurance benefits experience
Able to create, edit, copy, send and save documents, correspondence and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook   
Bilingual with English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:

Medical terminology experience / knowledge 
Home care infusion experience
This position requires ACHA Level II Background checks (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all Clinicians that have face-to-face contact with members and will require renewal every five years.
