Our Rockwell Automation Global Sales & Marketing organization is looking for aspiring engineers to come aboard for an 8-week full-time summer internship (up to 40 hours a week). No previous engineering experience is required - we are looking for students passionate about an engineering career. Our Rockwell Summer Engineering intern is a paid internship opportunity designed to assist passionate students in advancing their careers in technology. This program provides interns with hands-on exposure to the industrial automation industry and opportunities for talented future engineers. This program can lead to future internship opportunities within Rockwell. Future opportunities include careers in Sales, Marketing, and applied Engineering. Over the summer, interns will learn about and use Rockwell products, contribute to a hands-on engineering team project, and receive personalized career/professional coaching and mentorship.

- College-bound high school junior or senior or enrolled college freshman having participated in FIRST robotics, attended Rockwell Engineering Week, or participated in another STEM-based program (hack-a-thon, hour of code, FIRST Lego League or others).
- Minimum GPA 3.0 required.
- Candidates must be permanently eligible to work in the US and be able to provide own transportation to work.
- If college-enrolled, active participation in a student engineering organization (ie: Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), or National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).)
- If college-enrolled, majoring in Engineering or Computer Science (includes Pre-Engineeering)
