This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Low Voltage Drives product management team as a leader in the new product development processes.
Act as a product manager in the Scales Agile Framework development process for low voltage drives products with a focus on defining and prioritizing product features/capabilities.
Support the business team with development of roadmaps, business cases, forecasting, pricing, and customer concerns.
Aid in the development of sales collateral for the commercial launch of new products.
Apply market, customer, industry, application and technical knowledge to assist in preparing Customer requirement Document ( CRD ) and Product Requirement Document ( PRD ) for product development projects (new, line extensions, enhancements and cost reductions).
Assists in defining specifications with price, cost and reliability objectives for product development projects.
Help with preparation of on-going competitive analysis and regularly communicates relevant information throughout the organization.
Support Commercial Marketing organization in the development and implementation of key programs in support of product objectives (e.g. trade shows, promotion programs, pre-sales and post sales collateral, target account programs, etc.)
Work with others to achieve strategic and tactical objectives for the assigned product line.Motivate team members and others within the organization toward achieving established goals.
Help develop and leverage effective working relationships across the business unit and Rockwell Automation on a global basis to achieve established product objectives.
Coordinate activities with other Product Management team members to achieve consistency of product usability, customer service, product look/feel, quality and system integrity.
Partner with internal/external customers and coordinates through others to: resolve complex problems with broad and long-term implications; and respond with urgency to unique needs and deliver timely, cost-effective quality solutions.
Invest time to expand knowledge of global industry trends, customer issues, competition, etc.; approaches problem solving with a global perspective.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of five years of Product Management, Technical Marketing, Commercial Marketing and/or sales experience in the Drives or Industrial Automation industry
