Sodexo Clinical Technology Management seeks a CTM Supervisor for the Clinical Engineering Department located in the Melrose, Area. This role will support the Hallmark Healthcare System, which consists of 2 hospitals; Melrose Wakefield Hospital & Lawrence Memorial Hospital along with several off-site clinics in the Melrose, MA area.
Ideal candidate experience includes successful partnerships with hospital administration and management of service team within a clinical setting. Role will be an active contributor on committees and manage team and the day to day service opportunities as well as plan for longer term services and equipment purchase. Should be knowledgeable of risk, regulatory, IT and other health-care needs and have leadership and client service capabilities. In addition, the following qualifications are desired:
- Experience in a health-care facility or health-care setting;
- Experience effectively repairing, maintaining and calibrating clinical devices and supervising a team
- Proactive thinking skills to troubleshoot and anticipate needs;
- Strong customer service and team management skills;
- The ability to interact professionally and knowledgeably with clients;able to build rapport/credibility quickly
- Organized, able to determine priority, great follow through as well as verbal and written communication
