SM Senior Service Account Managers are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Primary Responsibilities: Manage overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providersIdentify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgmentInvestigate claim and/or customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers.Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.Analyzes and investigates.Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED or higher 2+ years of client account management experience  Beginner Microsoft Word experience - creating,
saving, formatting documentsBeginner Microsoft Excel experience - creating, saving,
formulating spreadsheets 3+ years
experience with persons receiving Texas Medicaid benefits and servicesKnowledge of Waiver Services and Programs for Children
with Disabilities in Texas

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree (or higher)Bilingual fluency in Spanish & EnglishUNET, COSMOS, FACETS or NICE claims platforms
experienceMicrosoft PowerPoint experience - ability to produce
and display a PowerPoint presentation1+ years of Project management experience
