High School Diploma / GED
Ability to work Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, EST
Ability to utilize MS Office programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (to create documents and send emails)
1+ years of previous experience in a multi-line call center environment
1+ years of previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Experience working in a medical environment
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during periods of high-volume, competing priorities
Ability to work independently while working as a team
